Methodology Overview
This simulator generates a matchup verdict by combining each character's baseline Enjoyip Battle Score (the same five core dimensions used across the site) with scenario assumptions you choose below. Use the settings to model context (prep time, information, environment, range, win conditions), then compare how the outcome shifts without changing the underlying character data.
For the formal definitions of the five dimensions and tier anchors, see the methodology link below.
Framework
Enjoyip Battle Score methodology This simulator compares two characters using the same five core dimensions described in Enjoyip Battle Score: Attack Potency, Speed, Durability, Combat Intelligence, and Abilities & Hax. Scenario Settings below do not change the underlying data; they adjust how those strengths tend to matter under different conditions.
Fighter Inputs
- Fighter 1 / Fighter 2: enter a character name, a unique substring, or the character id (exact id matches first).
- Matching is case-insensitive and also checks aliases. If your query matches multiple characters, the first match in the dataset may be used.
- Tip: use a more specific name (e.g., include surname or epithet) if you get an unexpected character.
- Sharing: after you simulate, the URL adds `?charA=...&charB=...` for easy sharing. Pages with query parameters are set to `noindex, follow`.
Battle Mode
- Standard 1v1: baseline duel with typical access to core abilities.
- No Prep: reduces the advantage of planning-heavy kits when the gap is small.
- Prep Time: enables the Prep Time selector (Low/Medium/High) for setup-dependent matchups.
- War / Cosmic / Team Battle: shifts outcomes toward scale, coordination, and high-end win conditions.
Environment & Range
- Environment: Open Field vs Urban/Indoor/Restricted/Space/Digital changes how movement, stealth, and collateral-friendly abilities tend to perform.
- Engagement Range: Melee/Mid/Long/Global influences whether ranged kits can keep distance or whether close-range pressure matters more.
- First Strike: Auto is speed-based; you can force Fighter 1, Fighter 2, or Simultaneous to test edge cases.
Information & Behavior
- Information Access: Full/Partial/No Info changes counterplay reliability. No Info can create upsets when the matchup is close.
- Condition Modifier: In Character vs Bloodlusted/Morals On/Off changes how often a character uses lethal or “win condition” options.
- Prep Time (when enabled): Low = minutes–hours, Medium = 1 day–1 week, High = long prep (research, crafting).
Weapons & Abilities
- Weapon Influence: how much signature gear is allowed to swing the result (None → Decisive).
- Ability Source: Character Only vs Weapon Only vs Hybrid is useful when debating “base form” vs “fully equipped”.
Win Conditions
- Win Condition: limit the outcome type (Kill/Incapacitate/Seal/Mind Control/Outlast/BFR/Existence Erasure) to see how the verdict changes.
- Fight Duration Preference: Instant/Short/Medium/Attrition highlights matchups where endurance, regeneration, or long-run control matters.

How are the battle results generated in this simulator?
Our simulator uses the "Enjoyip Battle Score" framework. It compares two characters across five core dimensions: Attack Potency, Speed, Durability, Combat Intelligence, and Abilities & Hax. These baseline stats are then adjusted dynamically based on the specific scenario settings you select.
Do the Scenario Settings change the characters' base stats?
No. Scenario Settings do not change the underlying core data of the characters. Instead, they adjust how those strengths matter under different conditions. For example, giving a highly intelligent character "Prep Time" might swing a matchup they would normally lose in a "Random Encounter".
What does the Effectiveness Score mean?
The Effectiveness Score is a dynamic rating between 1 and 9.9 that reflects a character's performance in the specific scenario. It takes into account stat dominance, key ability interactions (like speed blitzes or hax overwrites), and the counter system to show who holds the practical advantage.
Can I share my simulated battles?
Yes! Whenever you run a simulation, the page URL automatically updates with your selected fighters. You can simply copy and share the URL to let others see the exact same matchup.
Why isn't my favorite character showing up?
Our database relies on rigorously evaluated 5-dimensional stat profiles. If a character isn't appearing, it means they haven't been fully analyzed and added to our core dataset yet. We are constantly updating and expanding the roster.
