By accessing and using enjoyip ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or register for an account on our platform.

2. Services & Account Registration

enjoyip provides pop culture content, character databases, and interactive community features (such as battle rating systems and commenting). To access certain interactive features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials (including third-party OAuth connections like Google or Discord).
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Section 230

Our platform allows users to post comments, submit votes, and generate content ("UGC"). By submitting UGC, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

Platform Protection: Pursuant to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), enjoyip is a provider of an interactive computer service. We do not endorse, and are not legally responsible for, any UGC posted by users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove UGC at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use & Account Termination

You agree NOT to use our services to:

Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content.
Manipulate our rating/voting systems using bots, automated scripts, or multiple fake accounts.
Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our database, servers, or user accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and restrict your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property & DMCA Notice

All proprietary content, features, and functionality on our platform are owned by enjoyip. However, character names, images, and franchise titles belong to their respective copyright holders and are used under the Fair Use doctrine for commentary and educational purposes.

DMCA Takedown: We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that any user-generated content or material on our site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification to our designated agent at enjoyip.service@gmail.com with the subject "DMCA Takedown Request", including a description of the copyrighted work and its location on our site.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, enjoyip and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

7. Indemnification & Governing Law

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless enjoyip from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms & Contact

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
