ABS / POM / PVC materials feel premium in hand and the character swap is a satisfying “snap-on” motion – playful, tactile, repeatable.

Voice is English only – Japanese release buyers, please double-check your preference before purchase. Within that scope, the English delivery is punchy, on-character, and the base speaker is tuned well for desk volume.

Each character has its own set of lines + the on-theme SFX you'd expect from a Director / Cameraman duo (cue the megaphone crackle and clapperboard snaps).

Drop James or Henry onto the Base and their character chip is read instantly – animations, poses, and voice lines cue up in a smooth flow. It feels like a mini scene-actor you can cue, rather than a static figure that happens to make a sound.

Programmability via Robosen Studio / Hub is supported, so the long-term value extends beyond the bundled canned content.

On a desk, shelf, or in a collector's cabinet, the pair looks at home – but the real magic is when you dock them on the Base and cue a scene. It's the kind of small, shared moment (“watch this Director yell ACTION”) that turns a static collectible into a conversation piece.
